This overview of an 8-week class series aims to help you reclaim ownership of your body and your emotional and psychological well-being through education, mindfulness, embodied strength training, and group support.
Originally created for women in correctional facilities, this program has been adapted to help community members break free from trauma, substance use, systemic oppression, and incarceration - Reclaiming power through education, group support, movement, breathwork, and empowerment.
