This workshop introduces mindfulness practices proven to sustain a successful recovery from addictive behaviors. Throughout the day we’ll learn the science behind the practices as well as experience their impact first hand. We’ll also explore and increase our awareness of triggers, habitual patterns and “automatic” reactions that increase relapse risk.
