“Acting As If”: An Improvisation Workshop for People in Recovery

In this two-hour, introductory workshop, participants will focus on learning a fun and practical approach to the "Acting As If" concept in recovery, through classical improvisation exercises. Together, we'll explore how certain sound, motion, and dialogue-based exercises can help us identify a way to navigate our own recovery process. Workshop capped at 20 participants.
