Portland Alano Club Membership Program
The most important action you can take to support the Alano Club of Portland and it's historic recovery center is to become a Club member today. It's our Club, it's our recovery community, and it's ulitmatley all of our responsibility to see that our beautiful center is a warm and welcome safe haven for the next person in need.
Income generated from meeting groups and other facility users covers less than 60% of our annual operating budget. Each year our members bridge the difference allowing us to responsibly manage and maintain this valuable recovery resource. This year we hope that includes you!
Without the financial support of our members, we couldn't be here 365 days a year for the thousands of people who turn to the Club for their recovery support needs. We hope you will join us in our continued effort to provide a vibrant and accessible support center for Portland's growing recovery community.

Friends of the Portland Alano Club
The Friends of the Portland Alano Club is a community of supporters who have made a major financial committment of $500 or more towards the preservation and protection of the Club's historic building.
Following a successful comprehensive capital improvements campaign in 2007, the Club launched the Friends program to develop a core network of donors who could provide a stable funding source for routine capital mainentance and improvements. In 2009, the Friends network generated over $10,000 in new funds for building maintenance. The Friends ultimate goal is to make basment-to-rafters capital improvement campaigns at the Club a relic of the past.

Alano Club of Portland Century Fund
In 2007 the Alano Club of Portland established a working endowment with the Oregon Community Foundation: The Alano Club of Portland Century Fund. The Fund's name references both the age of the facility when the Fund was orginated, as well as the Club's vision for the Fund: that it serve as a tool for the protection and preservation of the Club's historic facilty for another 100 years. To safeguard the integrity of the endowment and the long-tem fidelity of its stated purpose, the Club's by-laws stipulate in clear language that proceeds from the Fund may only be used for specific capital maintenance projects articulated in the Club Century Fund Policy.
