Insight to Wellbeing: Three Principles Workshop

Wellbeing is natural. You don’t need fixing!

This program uncovers the resilience and innate mental health all human beings already have inside them. It teaches a simple understanding of how our feelings, experience, attitudes and state of mind works, and how this simple truth enables people to thrive no matter what their circumstances. The mind works only one way – 100% inside out, i.e. it is not events, circumstances or people that create our ups and downs, rather it is our own thoughts that give us our experiences of life moment to moment. When we SEE this for ourselves we can more easily access our internal resources in all situations. This means we can overcome addictions / habits / compulsive behaviour / destructive thinking / mental health issues and depression. This also means we become better equipped to THRIVE in life no matter what the circumstances.
