Mindful Self-Compassion is an empirically supported program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. Instead of mercilessly judging and criticizing yourself for various inadequacies or shortcomings, self-compassion means you are kind and understanding when confronted with personal failings. Perhaps most importantly, having compassion for yourself means that you honor and accept your humanness. The goal of this workshop is for participants to directly experience self-compassion and learn the skills and build resources to respond to difficult moments with kindness, care and understanding. The emphasis of the workshop is on learning and building emotional resources and is not therapy, although positive changes occur naturally, as we develop the capacity to be with ourselves in a kinder, more compassionate way. Nina Meledandri, ND, MSOM, Lac. is a board certified naturopathic physician and licensed acupuncturist practicing Integrative Medicine in outpatient clinical settings for 14 years. Dr. Meledandri is part of a growing number of physicians teaching and integrating mindfulness into medical practice and treatment plans.

This workshop is valued at over $200 in the community but thanks to a special donor we are able to offer it to you for only $10 for a limited time
