Self Care for Professionals

We stress the importance of self-care to our clients, but what about us? This workshop invites us to practice what we preach and stretch our self-care practice. Using mindfulness, movement, and breath work, we will explore the benefits and challenges to practicing self-care while doing time sensitive, stressful, and demanding work.
